Last week, we discussed how Idolatry can destroy your soul. Following things that are not God's way of worshipping him,leads to destruction. Think about it! If you told your child, "If you love me, hold a feast to remember what I have done for you." , then instead your child goes and gathers some eggs, something another parent told his children to do for him. How do you think you would feel. Angry? Disappointed? Of course you would. These things are exactly what is going on these days. So in this second part of "Sleeping With the Enemy" we will look briefly at a doctrine that is very popular in the congregation today and why it is not Kosher with God's instructions for us.

Many false teachings have crept into the churches in these times. With their big membership rolls and ever expanding building, they have failed to recognize the important thing. The truth! Instead of worrying about whether what they are teaching is correct, their mind is filled with visions of sprouting wings and flying into the sunset, or how big they can make their congregation.
Here is the truth of the matter:

Jeremiah 2:8, "The priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit."

In the Old Covenant; the pastors and prophets, leaders of the religious organization, were teaching falsely. They did not seek the Lord out and His will. Instead they followed their own ideas, teaching what they wanted. Even the children themselves were wanting this as we learn in Isaiah 30:10.

The prophets were prophesying by Baal! They were telling the people false prophecies, deceiving them and doing all manner of wrong in the sight of God. Guess What! There is nothing knew under the sun! The religious organizations of today have turned from teaching the Word of God, instead teaching things that are contrary to what God has instructed us to do.
I have heard stories of "pastors" who teach the congregation lies because, "it is what they want to hear, not the truth". These actual words were told me by a man who used to be a pastor in that particular organization. Dear Children, how can we truly love God, if we ignore his instruction? How many people today who call themselves "Christian" are truly a Follower of Christ? If you do not follow the teachings, you cannot be his follower. If my God does not correct me, then how am I to gain in my spiritual growth? We should strive to be more like Christ, otherwise, His example for us while he walked this Earth, was in vain. I thank God that it was not in vain, and there are those who truly love him enough to study for themselves, and are led of the Holy Spirit into all truth!

Sadly, a majority of the "Christian" community is sleeping with the enemy by not trying to seek their own salvation, instead they allow a man to tell them how to worship God. Do what you pastor says, not what he does, seems to be the consensus these days. It is an outright shame!

Please don't get me wrong, I am not perfect by any means, everyone has faults. yet, when a pastor teaches his congregation a false doctrine, then he is as the blind leading the blind, like the Pharisee, they will all fall in to the ditch, in this case the bed. Have you not read the scripture:

Matthew 24:19, "And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!"

Do you think Jesus was cursing the mothers of these last times? of Course Not! Anyone who teaches that is biblically illiterate. Jesus is referring to Spiritual Adultery here. He is cursing those who have slept with the enemy and are nursing a baby in the day he returns. This leads us to the biggest lie that is taught in the religious community today. Christians of today are expecting a flying away to come any moment. Your there in your car during rush hour and then like a flash you disappear in front of all the "poor sinners" eyes. The sinner is left behind and the Christian fly's away to meet Jesus in the sky, this is supposed to conveniently happen before the "tribulation". WAIT!

First of all, The Scriptures teach that at His return, everyone will definitely know that He is here:
Every eye shall see him!

Matthew 24:27, "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."
Like lightning shines across the sky, so will Jesus' return be.

Acts 1:9-11, "And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."
He is going to come back kind of like he went up. Just reverse the process. He went up FROM them into a cloud out of their SIGHT. He will come back TO them from the cloud into SIGHT. Common Sense.

Revelation 1:7, "Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen."
This confirms what the "men" in white were telling the disciples. every eye will see him. The Earth will wail, because the true King has returned and they have been out serving the false one.

Every ear shall hear him:

Matthew 24:29-31, "Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other"
The emphasis is mine of course. After the tribulation of those days, the trumpet is blown, his children are called to the feast.

1 Corinthians 15:52, "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."

Which trumpet? The Last one. Remember there are seven trumpets. Satan comes in the sixth to deceive the world as the false Christ(2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2 ). Our true messiah returns at the seventh. Here a trumpet is sounded, and we are all changed. So at his return we are ALL changed. Into what? We are changed into our spiritual bodies. The flesh is melted away. that takes us to...

Every element will melt away(hence; we change into spiritual beings):

2 Peter 3:10-12, "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?"
There you have it! The heavens will pass with a GREAT NOISE and the ELEMENTS will melt with a great heat. Let's look at this word element in it's original form: 4747 stoicheion {stoy-khi'-on}; a rudiment, the elements from which all things have come, the material causes of the universe. The heavenly bodies, either as parts of the heavens or (as others think) because in them the elements of man, life and destiny were supposed to reside.
In other words; all fleshly things will pass away in an instant, the twinkling of an eye. The "fire" which burns them, is the defacto presence of the Godhead. As it is written; God is a consuming fire.(Hebrews 12:29)

Every single creature will know he is here! Did you know that the rapture theory wasn't taught in the church until the 1800's when a woman named, Margaret McDonald, saw a vision of Christ coming in the clouds. Those standing by, immediately went out and published it, saying that Christ was to come back any moment. Please see my study on 2nd Thessalonians Chapter two, it will go into more detail concerning this doctrine. I think this points out the fallacy of the rapture theory. There is much documentation on this subject, but I will allow my other studies to go into that, since this message is about Idolatry. I wanted to go into this false teaching to bring across the true essence of this message, sleeping with the enemy. If you fall on your knees to worship one who calls himself Jesus, yet he is not the true messiah, then you have committed spiritual adultery and are sleeping with the enemy. Your eyes are closed to the truth and you are sleeping in that way too. This is one of the many doctrines taught in the church today, that causes "Christians" to fall into adultery of the soul. I pray that you are not seduced by the Anti-Christ, the instead-of-Jesus and climb into his spiritual bed to partake of his fake lies.
